A true one-stop design-service where every aspect and stage of design is handled in-house by us. Our 2-man team gives you the exact specialised skills required to realise your dream project, whilst not being so large that we lose the personal attention that we think is vital. Our main ethos is one of service, we genuinely want you to be satisfied and happy with our designs, and we like to leave you feeling you have been dealt with efficiently by skilled humans and not factory-robots. We don’t do incredible Grand Designs ; we do normal designs incredibly well.

Drawing-on 50 yrs total experience, we believe we have the exact range of
expertise & experience required for residential projects - Architectural Technologist ; ex-Building Inspector ; extension Project Manager and Structural Engineer. We feel though our most important job though is to listen to you. Then we give you all suitable options available and deliver seamless approved plans that fit your requirements best, within the framework of Local Authority Guidelines. Our designs always provide value-for-money alterations with an increase in equity value exceeding the build cost ; - we give you space and make you money.. :-)

Our experience and expertise has been acquired in the following areas :- Architectural Design ; Building Control/Inspection ; Structural Engineering ; extension company Project Manager.
We are not a large practice with plush offices and high fees. Our market is the every-person home extension & conversion area, + the small business. We do not produce high-end Grand Design with its inherent costs and Architects’ fees running into 5 figures. We produce good designs professionally, giving you all the approvals and plans you require to obtain fixed quotes and contracts from Builders. We can also project manage (design & build) for you, where you have a contract with us and not the builders. We have EXACTLY the expertise required for all of this, built-up over 20+ years. We will never design an office block or a housing estate, but then Architects & Engineers that do that will need to charge 3 times what we do due to high overheads.
